Order Processing Time- all orders are processed within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Because many of our products are handmade or prepared in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, seasonal launches, or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping methods & rates- shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship using reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times- estimated delivery times- begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Typical delivery times- standard 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

The Sacred Ascendant LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Tracking information- once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Heat, weather & seasonal considerations- certain products (such as candles, lotions, and body care items) may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. By placing an order, you acknowledge: weather-related changes (such as melting or softening) may occur during transit. These conditions do not qualify as damage or defect. If you have concerns about weather conditions, we recommend ordering during cooler periods or selecting priority shipping when available.

 

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages- please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Sacred Ascendant LLC is not responsible for Packages- delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages- once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. The Scared Ascendant LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen Packages- marked at "delivered". We encourage customers to contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

We are happy to assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Damaged Items- If you order arrives damaged- contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Approved replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues- due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on shipping delays, weather exposure, or carrier issues beyond our control. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
