Our Story

My name is Raquel, and I am the owner and founder of The Sacred Ascendant LLC. I’m a mother of three, a military wife, and someone who lives a full, active life. Alongside running my business, I work full-time as an office manager in a psychiatry office. So balance isn’t just a concept for me, it’s a necessity.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease, followed by Hashimoto’s. Those diagnoses became a turning point in my life. They forced me to slow down, to truly read labels, and to become deeply aware of what I was putting into my body. What started as a health necessity grew into a passion for clean, thoughtfully crafted products with transparent ingredients.

As I navigated chronic illness while maintaining an active lifestyle and caring for my family, I found myself drawn more deeply to spiritual practices, herbs, teas, ritual, and intentional self-care. The intersection of healing, spirituality, and clean living is where The Sacred Ascendant was born.

This business is a manifestation of my journey: honoring the body, nurturing the spirit, and finding balance in everyday life. Every product is created with intention, clarity, and care.
